The customer has the right to return the order within 3 days and replace the order within 10 days from the date of receiving the order
on condition :

• The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, with all the labels affixed to it unpeeled
• The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return
• In the event that the product matches the conditions of exchange and return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of the returned products
• Free and discounted products cannot be returned

Replacement + Return steps:
You can submit a replacement or refund request via WhatsApp that includes the following information:

• Subject Replacement / Refund
• invoice number
• customer name
• Reason for exchange/return
• Name of the product to be exchanged/returned
• If you choose to return the product, you must provide us with (bank name + IBAN number + account holder name)
