Return Policy

Customers have the right to return an order within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The products must be in their original condition.
  • They must not have been worn, washed, and must be free of any makeup traces or odors such as perfumes.
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and price labels intact.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for the return, along with a return fee of 30 SAR.
  • Discounted products during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 3 days only.
  • Free gifts, clearance items, and accessories are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to exchange an order within ten (10) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The products must be in their original condition.
  • They must not have been worn, washed, and must be free of any makeup traces or odors such as perfumes.
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and price labels intact.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange, along with an exchange fee of 30 SAR.
  • Discounted products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Clearance items can only be exchanged within 3 days through the online platform and not in physical stores.
  • Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Steps for Exchange/Return

To request an exchange or return, contact us via WhatsApp at +966547338889 and provide the following details:

  1. Subject: Exchange / Return.
  2. Invoice number and customer name.
  3. Reason for exchange/return.
  4. Name of the product to be exchanged/returned.
  5. For returns, provide:
    • Bank name.
    • IBAN number.
    • Account holder's name.
  6. For exchanges, transfer the shipping fee to our bank account and send the payment receipt via WhatsApp.

Process Completion
