Introduction to the Usage Agreement

Doctor House Store, operated by the Medical Uniforms Institution (exclusive agent for several international medical fashion brands in Saudi Arabia, Commercial Registration Number: 2053027106), welcomes you and informs you of the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal implications arising from your use of its services. By accessing or using Doctor House Store—whether as a consumer of its products or services or for any other purpose—you signify your full agreement and acceptance of the provisions of this agreement. Your acceptance confirms your compliance with its rules.

This agreement applies to all interactions between users and the store, excluding matters related to personal status and real estate transactions. The agreement is considered effective and binding upon your acceptance during the registration process on the Doctor House Store platform, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. The following are the key terms and their definitions:

  • Store: Refers to Doctor House Store (Doctorhouse Shop), encompassing all its forms on the web, whether as an app, website, or physical location.
  • User: Refers to any consumer purchasing a product or service from the store via its platform.
  • Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties involved in this agreement.

Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the User

  1. The user acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to interact with the store, being of sound mind and at least 18 years old.
  2. Users violating this provision bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

Article 3 – Obligations of Doctor House Store

Doctor House Store is committed to providing the product or service requested by the user. Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be offered depending on the nature of the requested product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Guidelines

  1. Users must utilize the Doctor House Store platform in compliance with public decency and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Products or services purchased from the store must not be used in violation of public decency or applicable laws.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Commitments

By registering on the Doctor House Store platform, users agree to:

  1. Keep their account and password confidential and notify the store immediately of unauthorized account access.
  2. Be solely responsible for all actions performed through their account.
  3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it when necessary.
  4. Accept that the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel accounts found to have false or incomplete information.

Article 6 – Communication and Official Channels

  1. Communication between the parties will be conducted through the registered email addresses on the platform.
  2. Users agree that electronic communications (agreements, notices, or updates) have the same legal effect as written documents.

Article 7 – Modifications to the Agreement and Fees

  1. The store reserves the right to amend this agreement and notify users through official communication channels.
  2. Users objecting to modifications should cease using the platform, as continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.
  3. Fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and additional charges may apply as per government regulations or service specifications.

Article 8 – Payment and Billing

The store provides payment options through its partners and online systems. Users must adhere to the payment methods specified during their transactions.

Article 9 – User Information and Transactions

Users grant the store a global, royalty-free license to use the provided information to enhance services and communication. Personal data privacy adheres to the "Privacy Policy and Information Confidentiality" guidelines.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of Doctor House Store, including its brand and materials, are fully owned by the store. Users must respect these rights and refrain from unauthorized use.

Article 11 – Responsibilities of the Store

The store conducts its business in compliance with Saudi laws. It ensures products and services meet legal and quality standards. However, it disclaims liability for indirect losses or third-party errors.

Article 12 – Confidentiality

Article 13 – Account Suspension

The store may suspend or cancel user accounts at its discretion, with or without notice.

Article 14 – Exchange Policy

Users may exchange products within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and not discounted or customized. Clearance items can only be exchanged online within 3 days.

Article 15 – Return Policy

Users may return products within 3 days of receipt under the same conditions as the exchange policy. Discounts, free gifts, and clearance items are non-refundable.

Article 16 – Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 – General Provisions

  1. The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  2. The Arabic language governs the interpretation and translation of this agreement.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and subject to modification.
